"Jane Richards" is listed, age "34" and being born in "De". Again, age is way off of Clark's estimate. Would make her born in 1816. Pretty sure George and wife have left Delaware around 1814 (George is still on Delaware Militia payrolls in 1813--and youngest son James was born in DE about then), so would appear the sisters Jane and Nancy are fudging their ages a bunch to the Census takers!! They do the same thing in 1860---from 1850 to 1860 Nancy ages from 43 to 50, while Jane goes from 34 to 49 (a bit more realistic).
